Social Squad Bets is a free-to-play social predictions platform. We use only virtual Squad Points with no monetary value — there are no deposits, no withdrawals and no real-money wagering. Even so, we believe play should always be responsible, informed and kept in healthy balance.

Age Requirement — 21+

You must be at least 21 years of age, or the minimum legal age to participate in your country of residence if that is higher, to register and use Social Squad Bets. We verify your date of birth at registration and may request additional proof of age at any time.

We do not knowingly allow minors to use the Platform. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us immediately at support@socialsquadbets.com and we will suspend the account and delete any associated data.

It's Free-to-Play — But Play Should Still Be Healthy

Because Social Squad Bets is a game, not a gambling product, you cannot lose real money here. However, time and attention are real — excessive play can still affect your mood, sleep, relationships or work. Healthy play means:

• Treating predictions as entertainment, not a source of income.
• Setting your own time limits and taking regular breaks.
• Not chasing losses or feeling pressured to keep playing.
• Keeping balance with other hobbies, work and social life.

Signs Play May Be Becoming Harmful

Consider taking a break if you notice any of the following:

• You feel anxious, irritable or preoccupied when not playing.
• You neglect sleep, work, studies or relationships to play.
• You feel compelled to keep placing predictions even when you're not enjoying it.
• You hide or downplay how much time you spend on the Platform.

Self-Exclusion & Taking a Break

You can pause your account at any time, for any reason. Email support@socialsquadbets.com with the subject "Self-Exclusion" and tell us how long you'd like to be excluded (e.g. 7 days, 1 month, 6 months, permanent). During the exclusion period we will:

• Prevent you from logging in or reactivating the account.
• Stop all marketing communications to you.
• Refuse any request to reopen the account until the period you chose has ended.

You do not need to give a reason, and you can request self-exclusion on behalf of someone else if you have their authority.

Parental Controls & Protecting Minors

Social Squad Bets is for adults only. To help keep the Platform out of reach of minors:

• Never share your login with children.
• Use your device or browser's parental controls to restrict access.
• Consider tools such as Google Family Link or your operating system's app limits.
• Keep your devices locked when not in use.

It's Your Responsibility to Know Your Local Laws

While Social Squad Bets does not offer real-money gambling, social-gaming and prediction products may still be restricted in some countries. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of the Platform is lawful where you live. We do not warrant that the Platform is legal in every jurisdiction.
