Getting Started

Your Account
- Registering: you must be 21+ (or the legal age in your country). We verify your date of birth at sign-up.
- Logging in: use the email and password you registered with, or Continue with Google.
- Forgot password: use the reset password flow.
- Changing your username: you can change it once per day from your profile.
Predictions & Wallet
- Your wallet holds free virtual Squad Points — no real money is involved.
- If your balance drops below 100, it's topped up automatically within a few hours.
- To place a prediction, pick a fixture, choose your market and add it to your bet slip.
- Voided matches return your stake to your wallet.
Squads & Missions
- Create or join a squad from the Squads page.
- Missions are daily and weekly challenges — complete them for bonus points and badges.
- Track your performance rating in Bettor IQ.
Responsible Play
