These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Social Squad Bets ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Platform at www.socialsquadbets.com and any associated mobile applications.
By registering an account, accessing, or using our Platform, you confirm that you are of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, that social gambling is lawful in your country of residence, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 21 years of age (or the minimum legal age for participation in your country of residence, if higher) to register and use the Platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be confirmed.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online social betting is lawful in your country or territory of residence. We do not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online social betting is prohibited.
To place bets and access all Platform features, you must create an Account. You agree to:
Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted on the Platform to top up your Squad Points and must come from accounts or cards registered in your name. We reserve the right to refuse deposits from payment methods we cannot verify. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.
We do not accept deposits made on behalf of another person, or from any source associated with criminal, fraudulent, or money laundering activity.
Bets may only be placed by registered, verified users with sufficient funds in their Wallet. By placing a bet, you confirm that:
Bets are not accepted until you receive a written confirmation on screen. Until such confirmation is received, no bet exists. We reserve the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason.
Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed on the Platform and may vary by market, event, or User account. We reserve the right to apply individual account stake limits at our sole discretion, including where we identify unusual or potentially suspicious betting patterns.
In the event of a technical error, system fault, or any manifestly incorrect odds being offered (including pricing errors), we reserve the right to void affected bets and return stakes to your Wallet. We will notify affected Users as soon as reasonably practicable. We are not liable for any losses, direct or indirect, arising from technical faults or system errors.
All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body, official timekeeper, or data provider used by Social Squad Bets. Our settlement decisions are final.
We aim to settle all bets within 24 hours of an event concluding. Settlement times may be extended where results are subject to official confirmation, protest, or appeal.
A bet may be declared void (and your stake returned) in the following circumstances:
In all void scenarios, your stake will be returned to your Wallet without delay.
If you dispute the settlement of a bet, you must contact us within 14 days of settlement by emailing disputes@socialsquadbets.com, providing your bet ID, the event in question, and the basis of your dispute. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days. Our decision, having taken into account all available evidence and official data sources, is final and binding.
Where a dead heat occurs (two or more participants finishing equal), winnings will be calculated by dividing the stake proportionally across the tied positions. For example, if two participants tie for first place, your effective stake for settlement purposes will be halved.
Each way bets are settled as two separate bets: one on the outright result and one on the each way terms specified for that market. Each way terms (fraction of win odds, number of places) are displayed at the time of bet placement and form part of your bet contract.
All legs of an accumulator must be settled for the overall bet to be settled. Where one leg of an accumulator is voided, that leg is removed and the accumulator is recalculated as if it contained one fewer selection. If a leg is void and was the only selection remaining, the bet is settled as a single on the remaining live selection.
From time to time we may offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, or other promotional offers. All promotional offers are subject to these Terms and any specific promotional terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict, specific promotional terms take precedence.
Promotional offers are intended for recreational use only. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, and to refuse participation in any promotion where we have reason to believe abuse is taking place.
Promotional offers are limited to one per user, household, IP address, device, email address, and payment method. We reserve the right to withhold bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds where we identify promotion abuse, including the use of multiple accounts.
Squad Points are Social Squad Bets' virtual loyalty currency. They are awarded for activity on the Platform and can be redeemed for rewards including free bets, enhanced odds boosts, and entry into exclusive competitions. Squad Points have no monetary value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Squad Points are awarded as follows:
Squad Points are only awarded on settled bets. Void bets, bets placed with free bet tokens, and bets that do not meet minimum stake requirements do not earn Squad Points.
Missions are time-limited challenges available to all Users that provide additional opportunities to earn bonus Squad Points.
Mission progress is tracked in real time in your account dashboard. Points are credited within 24 hours of mission completion. Missions cannot be completed retrospectively — only activity occurring during the stated mission window qualifies.
We reserve the right to remove, freeze, or recalculate Squad Points where we determine that they were earned through fraudulent activity, exploitation of a technical error, or in breach of these Terms. Any misuse of the Squad Points programme may result in account suspension.
The Platform includes social features that allow Users to share bets publicly, follow other Users, comment on shared bets, and participate in group competitions and leaderboards. By using these features, you accept that your username and shared betting activity will be visible to other Platform Users.
When using social features, you agree not to:
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards and to suspend or close accounts of Users who repeatedly breach Community Standards.
Users may create or join Squads — private or public groups that compete against each other on leaderboards based on betting performance metrics. Squad leaderboard positions are calculated based on net returns, bet volume, or other metrics as defined for each competition. Squad competitions are for entertainment and Squad Points purposes only; no monetary prizes are awarded unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, data, and the Social Squad Bets brand, is the exclusive property of Social Squad Bets or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Social Squad Bets shall not be liable for:
Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of stakes deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email and by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.
These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@socialsquadbets.com to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. We aim to respond to all formal complaints within 14 days.
Social Squad Bets is a free-to-play social platform that uses virtual Squad Points only — no real-money wagering is offered. Nonetheless, we are committed to promoting responsible play. You must be at least 21 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country of residence, if higher) to use the Platform.
